This was from quite a while ago, after his first ever combat sortie. He flew this flag to commemorate the occasion.
This is Chris and his flight lead off of the wing of the tanker. There's an awful lot of desert down there...
Unlike the shorter training missions here at home, Chris's missions are several hours long, which means several air-to-air refueling opportunities. This is a picture the boom operator took while Chris was refueling.

I'm such a proud wife. And if Chris came home tomorrow I would give him a great big kiss, even if he didn't shave off his deployment mustache...
...But I really hope he shaves off the mustache:)
